Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use OK Mart (part of OK Khata): the merchant app and the online stores built with it. By creating an account or using a store you agree to them.

Accounts

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account and for the staff you invite.
• You must be able to enter a contract for your business.

Merchants' responsibilities

• You sell under your own name and are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, delivery, refunds and customer service.
• You follow the laws that apply to what you sell, including licences for regulated goods such as medicines; sell prescription medicines only to buyers allowed to receive them.
• You have the right to the content you upload (photos, text, logos) and to the customer data you add, and you use that data lawfully.

Shoppers

Orders and quotes are between you and the merchant. Prices, stock, delivery and returns are set by the merchant; contact them about an order.

Acceptable use

Do not use OK Mart for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, to send spam, or to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts or stores that do.

Fees

Plans and any fees are shown before you choose them. Payment, messaging and similar providers may charge their own fees.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content and data. You let us host and show it as needed to run your store and the app.

Availability and liability

We work to keep OK Mart available and secure, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using OK Mart at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access for a breach of these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date at the top; continuing to use the service means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
